100x Partners operates the website at 100xpartners.ai and publishes open source agent workflows, including the Credit Monitoring plugin. This policy explains what personal data we collect across both, why, and what we do with it.
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by PYS Venture, trading as 100x Partners. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at privacy@100xpartners.ai.
2. What this policy covers
It covers two separate surfaces, which handle data very differently:
- The website at 100xpartners.ai, including its contact form.
- The Credit Monitoring plugin, which you install into your own Claude environment and run on your own machine or infrastructure.
3. The website
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the first name, last name, and work email address you enter. Nothing else on the site asks for personal data. Our web host also records standard server and security logs, which include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a conversation about working together. Server logs exist to keep the site available and secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating the site safely; where consent is required, we rely on the consent you give by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, unless the enquiry becomes an active client relationship, in which case the engagement agreement governs. Server logs are retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes.
4. The Credit Monitoring plugin
The plugin is open source software you install and run yourself. It is not a hosted service, and we operate no backend for it.
- We collect nothing. The plugin contains no telemetry, no analytics, and no call-home behaviour. We receive no borrower data, no document content, no usage statistics, and no record that you ran it.
- Your files stay where they are. It reads the local files you point it at and writes its outputs back to the location you choose.
- Document content is processed by Claude, not by us. To do its work, the plugin passes the content you give it to Anthropic's Claude, under your own Anthropic account, terms, and data settings. Anthropic's handling of that content is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy and your agreement with them, not by this policy. If your organisation has specific data-residency or retention requirements, configure them in your Anthropic account before running the plugin on real deals.
- You can verify all of this. The source is public. Sample data is included so you can run a full cycle on fictional borrowers before it goes near a real one.
5. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to function. We run no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If we add optional analytics later, we will ask for consent where the law requires it and honour a refusal.
6. Who else sees your data
We share personal data only with service providers who need it to run the site, and only for that purpose. They are contractually bound to protect it and may not use it for their own ends. Our providers are:
- GitHub Pages — website hosting
- Web3Forms — receives and relays contact form submissions to us
- MailerLite — email delivery
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal data.
7. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Access to contact form submissions is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Because the plugin sends us nothing, there is no borrower or deal data on our systems to secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Write to privacy@100xpartners.ai and we will respond within the time your law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
Our site and software are intended for professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
